Betsy Hall Bender has provided in-service training and spoken at legal seminars on various employment and school law-related topics throughout the state of Texas, and is well familiar with Texas law, school law and employment law, as well as the state and federal courts system (both at the trial and appellate level).

Ms Bender’s knowledge of employment and education law makes her a most valuable resource when working through personnel issues. Her work is deliberate and thorough, which is evidenced by her success record in representing our school district with the courts.
